About the Author
I am a pediatric nurse practitioner (PNP) in the pacific northwest. In addition to being a PNP, I am also a pediatric clinical instructor at the local university. I received training in primary care pediatrics and was also awarded the Pediatric Pulmonary Center Traineeship through a MCHB grant.
